American Premier Meat only partners with the absolute best in livestock production, animal nutrition, meat science muscle biology beef processing and business and marketing development. 

Our Chief Operations Officer who brings over 25 years of business development and marketing experience.  Mr. Bowlin has expertise in identifying new and emerging markets and has worked with multiple Fortune 500 companies.  He also bring experience working with multiple government agencies to include USDA, US Department of Commerce's International Trade Administration, Department of Homeland Security as well as state based agriculture agencies; to include Department of Animal and Food Sciences and state based Department of Agriculture.

Gregg Rentfrow, PhD. is the Assistant Professor of Animal and Food Science in the College of Agriculture at the University of Kentucky.  Mr. Rentfrow works closely with Kentucky's meat processors, livestock producers and local food entrepreneurs as well as collaborate with more than 120 county Extension offices through the Commonwealth of Kentucky as well as the Kentucky Department of Agriculture.  He as written several papers on the meat sciences and animal biology.

American Premier Meat has beef producers located throughout the United States; to include, Kentucky, Tennessee, Iowa, Nebraska, North and South Dakota, Kansas, Indiana and Florida.  All our producers are experts in raising the best; in our opinion, beef in the world.

American Premier Meat has contracted USDA inspected beef processors throughout the United States.  100% of our beef is inspected before it leaves the facility.  This is done to guarantee the absolute best beef is sent to your home.  All our processors are also Export Verified (EV) along with country specific credentials so we can ship our product to the world such as The People's Republic of China,  United Arab Emirates, S. Korea and Europe.
